Bring your group or society and travel back in time to the days of steam.
Pre-booked groups and coach companies of 15 passengers and above can enjoy discounted travel on the railway for either a single or return journey on all normal operating days when booked 7 days in advance. Your coach driver can enjoy FREE refreshments at Rowsley South Station. On the date of travel your seats will be reserved for you, using designated reservation notices.
For groups with disabled passengers we can offer a specially adapted carriage that is fully accessible to wheelchair uses and is available on all trains. Passengers in wheelchairs have access into the main saloon, where there is space for up to 3 wheelchairs, and 4 passengers with limited mobility. Access into the coach is via a ramp and our staff will be on hand on the day to assist your group boarding the train. (This coach needs to a pre-booked 7 days in advance and can seat up to a maximum of 27 people).
